Brian Chan General Manager Brian Chan is the founder of Netcare Technology Limited, which he established in February 2004. In his role as General Manager, Brian is responsible for business development, management, and the formulation of sales and marketing strategies for the company. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Information Systems, earned in 1997, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hong Kong, awarded in 2013. Prior to founding Netcare Technology, he held several sales and marketing positions in the IT and Communications industries. With over two decades of experience in IT business and excellent management skills, Brian has proven himself to be a knowledgeable and effective leader. Under Brian's leadership, Netcare Technology has become a highly valued partner of various vendors. In recognition of our outstanding sales growth, we were awarded "the Best Sales Growth Partner 2010" in the Asia Pacific Region by Transition Networks and "Best Sales Growth Partner 2010/11" in the Greater China Area by Mobotix. In 2020, Brian demonstrated his commitment to innovation by creating our own brand, "MyPowerCart," a US-registered brand that has become highly popular in the worldwide market for its focus on tablet and notebook charging solutions.
